Buy One, Get One Free — How It Works

Great news! For a limited time, you can get a free gift when you buy an eligible item. Here’s exactly how it works and what to expect at checkout.

Option A — Pick Your Free Gift in the Cart (Customer‑Choice)

Best if you want to choose the color/leather type.

  1. Add your paid item(s) from the eligible collection to your cart.

  2. Add your free gift (from the same eligible collection) to the cart as well.

    • You’ll be able to pick the color, leather type, or style if variants are available.

  3. Our system detects the promotion and automatically removes the charge for the lower‑priced eligible item.

    • You’ll see the price of that free item change to $0.00 before checkout.

  4. Complete checkout as usual.

In the cart screenshot below, you can see how the system automatically applies the Buy 1 Get 1 Free discount. The Travel Cover (Blue), originally priced at $59.00, is reduced to $0.00, with the “Buy 1 get 1 free (–$59.00)” label in red.

What you’ll see:

  • The free item line shows $0.00 or a discount that reduces it to zero.

  • The red tag “Buy 1 get 1 free” appears below the product price.

  • If you have multiple pairs, the discount applies in sets (e.g., buy 2, get 2 free), according to the promotion rules.

Important notes:

  • The free item must be in stock and added to the cart for the automatic discount to apply.

  • If you remove the paid item, the free item will return to its normal price.

Option B — We Ship a Free Gift Automatically (Store‑Choice)

Fastest if you don’t need to choose the exact color/leather type.

  1. Add your paid item(s) from the eligible collection to your cart and check out.

  2. We will include a free gift with your shipment, subject to availability.

What’s different from Option A:

  • You won’t add the free item to your cart.

  • You won’t be able to pick the color or leather type; we’ll choose a beautiful match from available stock.

  • Your order confirmation may not list the free item line, but it will be included in your package.

Eligibility & Rules

  • Eligible Items/Collections: Look for the Buy One, Get One Free badge on product pages and collection banners.

  • Pairing: Free item is the equal or lower price eligible product. When multiple items are in your cart, the system applies the discount to qualifying pairs.

  • Mix & Match: Allowed within the eligible collection(s) unless otherwise stated.

  • Limits: Quantities may be limited per order and per customer. While supplies last.

  • Promo Period: Limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or end the promotion at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returning the paid item: If you return the paid item, you must also return the free gift (unused and in original condition). If you keep the gift, its value may be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanging sizes/colors: We’re happy to help, subject to stock availability. If exchanging a free gift, the replacement must be another eligible free item.

  • Partial returns: Refunds are recalculated based on items kept; this may remove or reduce the free gift value.

Troubleshooting

“My free item isn’t showing $0 in the cart.”
• Make sure you added the free item to the cart (Option A).
• Confirm both items are eligible and in stock.
• If you still don’t see the discount at checkout, contact us and we’ll help.

“I forgot to add my free item.”
• If you prefer Option A, contact us before your order ships.
• Otherwise, we’ll send a store‑choice gift automatically (Option B).

“Can I choose a free gift with a higher price?”
• The free item must be equal to or lower in price than the paid item.

“Do other discounts stack?”
• Unless noted, additional promo codes may not stack with this offer.

Example (Option A)

  1. Add Leather Shoulder Bag, Sophia Full Grain Leather Hobo ($199) to cart.

  2. Add Travel Cover, Sophia Full Grain Leather Wallet ($59) as your gift.

  3. Cart shows Wallet → $0.00 with a red “Buy 1 get 1 free” label.
