Refund/Exchange Policy:

 We hope you love your LeatherSilkMore purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange eligible item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original product packaging with a packing slip or accompanied by an order confirmation. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All refunds/exchanges are issued within 2-7 business days of receipt.

Defect Policy:

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. If you are not satisfied with your selection, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization. Canadians Customers:

 In the event of a tax refund due, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to LeatherSilkMore's agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. LeatherSilkMore will be solely responsible for refunding the customer's duties and taxes. For any refunds/exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
