Refund/Exchange Policy:
We hope that you love your LeatherSilkMore purchase, but if you are not satisfied you may return/exchange eligible item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original product packaging with a packing slip or accompanied by an order confirmation. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All refunds/exchanges are issued within 7 — 10 business days of receipt.
